About A Stiller Coopers Situated on Light Pass Road Bethany, 5 kilometres from Tanunda, in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Established in 2003 by Andrew Stiller, the co-operate prides itself on first grade cooperage with years of experience. Specialising in new and used barrel repairs, shave outs, re-firing, supply of reconditioned barrels, vat repairs, installation of inner staves, barrel furniture and importing new French oak for open fermenters and vats. Realising there are many and varied ways in the art of winemaking, we adapt to all types and work closely with the wineries to obtain the best results. At the cooperage we have insulated storage for barrels so we can store empty barrels in many different ways to ensure no chance of contamination to the barrels. Other Specialities: We produce recycled timber furniture using second hand jarrah and oak vats and specialise in cellar door sales fitouts from conception to completion. Traditional coopering is an artform which enables us to give that finish to the furniture. The results are contemporary and unique looks which are different to other furniture and fitout looks.
